My goal is to become an exotic vet, to work at a zoo with lions, tigers, and animals in that same time of category. I have always wanted to be a vet but back in middle school i decided that i wanted to work with exotic animals. I also decided to incorporate all of my other goals into my vision tool. those goals would be; becoming an exotic vet, becoming an MSU cheerleader, and going skydiving.
The steps necessary to achieve all of my goals is to save money, lots and lots of money. Also i must attend college. Hopefully i will attend CMU for my pre veterinary, then transfer to MSU to take the actual veterinary classes. In this process i have ages that i want to reach my goals by such as:i want to go skydiving by the age of 20, and i would like to be completely finished with my schooling by 26, have a job at the zoo by the age of 27. I hope to reach all of my goals at an early age because when i am older and i am closer to retirement i will be able to add more things to my bucket list and my life will be fulfilled.
I will display my vision tool on my wall at my mos so that when i am there I will pass by it every daya and it will keep my focused and not let me stray off the path to things like drug, alcohol, and criminal acts like my family has been in. Some challenges that i have faces was how to make it all stay on the board and how to stick it on there to begin with. I decided that i would use a poster board, to glue everything onto then i used push pins to make it still look collaged, but with class. I also faced the problem of how to not make it look like a kindergartner made it. While making it i wrote actual goals onto sticky notes and tacked them into the collage.I believe that i solved all of my problems and i think that this vision tool will help me. :)
